Annecy Animation Festival

Yes, I know, the posts have been rather lacking this week but I have a valid excuse as I've been away on holiday with the family, to sunny scorchio Wales. Am now in Annecy, France, at the rather wonderful animation festival. Here wearing a number of hats, including my position as Entrepeneur in Residence at the University of Teesside, but also to promote BADA BLING and all that we're trying to do. There's also the joy of FRANKENSTEIN'S CAT business to attend to which is about as big a pleasure as you can (legally) get!

I'd post some pictures of the festival and Annecy if I wasn't such a muppet that I'd left my camera on the seashore in Wales to see it take a sorry dip in the Irish Sea... *sniff*

ah yes the camera. That we'd just bought a new bigger, more expensive card for... hmmmm

Spare a thought for me, o-blog followers. I'm the one at home having to poopscoop after the dog. Bleurgh!

Awww... :/ Sorry about the camera.

Will love to hear more about your trip when you get back.

Just thought this would cheer you up...

there are now a grand total of two people who list "Curtis Jobling" and "Curious Cow" as interest on livejournal.

Hello Mrs Bling. Is 'poopscoop' code for having a buff builder coming round to do all the 'jobs' Curtis can't do?

Don't worry he'll be back soon, I'm sure Clive and the Seed boys will keep Curtis on the right track!

Clive's "right track" involved taking the road to Lyon instead of Geneva yesterday, Mr B. Thankfully, Mr Bling was travelling with Mr Williams who knew, even through the morning-after-a-free-bar haze that Geneva was the airport for him.

And sadly, no, poopscoop is no euphemism. It actually involves scooping poop. *shudder*

Well good luck with that, as our American friends would say!

Awesome, Ian! Now how do I get the picture link on my post above instead of the written blurb link???
