TA-DAAAAA!!!!!!
Much weirdness. Cleaning out the garage and I found a box of old floppys (and no, that's not back issues of some kind of specialist geriatric magazine). This was a box from my days at HOT Animation designing BOB THE BUILDER. Checked the properties on these photos and it says the files are from February 2000. FEBRUARY 2000??? HOW OLD DO I LOOK ON THESE?!?!?! Anyway, crashing past the fact that I look like a forty year old tramp in these pictures (when in truth I was about 28 years of age) they're still an interesting flashback into my past and my 'umble days kicking off on Bob.

MUW HAW HAW!!!!
Good god man....love the goatee.....!....you're doing a Benjamin Button aren't you?
Thats never you!! If you said that was me after I've eaten you I might have believed you!!
Recent years have been good to you m'boy!
I wasn't actually a trog back then, you know, but with hindsight I'm very content to say that my goatee days are far behind me. Not a good look on the Bling I'll be the first to admit - bit too long there to be fair, the Toadfish look was simply too far!
About time you updated again.
Are those the models that were actually used to shoot the show?
Hey Curtis, your career in working with kids related properties has kind of been an inspiration. This month I've officially launched myself as a creative still-life photographer focusing on illustrating children books using photography. It may be a while before I actually get a commission, but I'm trying.
Hey Curt, you look like an "Evil Hypnotist" in these!
I just dropped by to mention I posted the Cow and Horse you designed a while back, but I couldnt remember the name of the show!

Hey Stu - the show was FUNNY FARM and those character designs were actually done by Ian Culbard, my good chum :-) They still look great, if a little gross
Hey Smarry - nice to see you on here - have we met?
FUNNY FARM?!!????!!!!!....
Ohoh...I feel a law suit coming on....EXPLAIN YOURSELF MR BLING!!!!
It was a lot further on than where you got to with your own, Gordon, in terms of animated series - episodes scripted and various fundings in place and interest from broadcasters. As I said to Niel, the title itself gets in the way, really, as there are too many "FF" projects out there (both ours as cases in point) - as it happened, even though we had broadcaster involvement, we ended up pursuing Frankenstein's Cat as our development show instead and the rest is history.
My own FF started out life as JOLLITY FARM. Guess I'd need to pay the Bonzos for that privelage ;-)
Ahhhhhhh I see....My army of Gothites will let you live another day!!!...
PS... Don't forget to take a NOTEPAD with you to bed tonight for any ideas you may have....NAUGHTY BOYS!!!!
